Sanctuary Sound Bath

S a n c t u a r y is a dreamy morning sound bath series that takes place in different shops and spaces in and around Portland, allowing us to explore and support small businesses while resting and connecting in community. Each space is chosen for its inspiring curation, intentional design and cozy atmosphere.

Let your imagination wander… a botanical oasis, cozy bookstore, fragrant herbal apothecary, charming vintage shop, and more.

For this stop in the series, we’re headed to the playful home goods, record, and book shop . Inside you’ll find a sweet collection of unique, locally sourced objects and handmade goods. They’ve recently moved into a new location and it’s just as delightful as the last.

What to expect

Jamie will guide us on a journey inward through guided meditation, ethereal vocals, and crystal singing bowls. This deeply rejuvenating experience invites the body to soften and the mind to settle, leaving you feeling refreshed and inspired for the day ahead 🌀

Afterward, as we bask in the morning light, we’ll sip tea, enjoy a lightsnack, and take time to browse the shop.
