Start your Saturday with intentional movement and community care. This one-hour yoga flow is a chance to connect breath and body in a beautiful, curated space with our friends at Frae Collective in Downtown Billings. Come become a part of the community! We can't wait to see you there.
MONTHLY COMMUNITY YOGA FLOW
When: 2nd Saturday morning each month
Time: 8:30 - 9:30 AM (January - June & October - December)
7:00AM - 8:00AM ( July -September)
Where: Frae Everyday Goods, Downtown Location | 116 N. 29th Street Billings, MT 59101
Open To: The public — all levels welcome
Cost: Donation-based (please note that you can also pay at the event and send us an email asking to be registered)
BYOM: Bring your own mat
