Step into the light of the disco ball and join us for Sanctuary: Queer Joy Pink Rage, a night of reverie, blasphemy, and radical love. On March 8, 2025, we gather at Dickens Pub to honor the sacred power of queer joy and resilience. Part worship, part performance art, and part drag spectacle, this is a night where community, art, and activism meet in divine harmony.

The night begins with stirring Opening Hymns and Performances, wherein we join Rev. James Dean as he welcomes the congregation with blessing for our times.
The Divine Proclamation, a reading from The Dingle, calls us into celebration and action—reminding us that queer joy is both an absurd and profound journey.
News from the Pews with Dani Phantom & Comrade Yulia Borscht follows, delivering worldly updates with the benefit of their wit and wisdom.
Next, the Homo-liy: Faith vs. Hope explores the tension between belief and perseverance, the stories we carry, and the queer art that keeps us alive.
The Holy Offering, led by Anne Taundra, asks what informed sex education can do for you inside of, on top of and to the side of your faith practice?
Throughout service we’ll revel in our Benediction—the sacred ritual of drag performance. Featuring icons Mx Jendr, El Rey Del Sol, Ella Mennow Queen, Jack the Rimmer, Kaos, and Jackal Morose. At Sanctuary, every performer is a prophet!
