The Fall Equinox is another day where the “sun stands still” and we are on the threshold of the harvest season before winter. Equinoxes are potent transition periods where we are given the opportunity to reflect on how to prepare for the changing seasons, and align our wellbeing practices to better support this transition time.

On Saturday, September 19th, we invite you to create space to soften, realign, and come home to yourself. This intuitively guided day is crafted to nourish the soul through a flow of restorative experiences. While each Sanctuary Retreat will hold its own unique magic, our equinox journey will include:
Gentle Movement & Flow: To awaken the body and move stagnant energy.
Energetic Restoration: Practices like Qigong and meditative journeying to quiet the mind.
Sacred Ritual: Seasonal ceremony to honor the light within and without.
Reflection & Integration: Time for journaling, oracle wisdom, and community connection.
Soul Immersion: Elements of sound healing (with special guest Olive from All Love & Movement!) and cacao to deepen your inner softening

How to Prepare:
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, and bringing a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, water, your favorite journal, and any other creature comforts that make you feel at home. Light, nourishing food will be provided to sustain us throughout the day.
