Join us for a free, multi-session Dance Workshop created especially for adult survivors. This welcoming space offers an opportunity to relax, connect, and explore creativity. No prior experience is necessary.
If you choose the DANCE workshop, you will be creating a choreographed dance piece with a group of other survivors who are counting on you to show up. This class is a mix of dance movement and therapy, therefore it's a highly vulnerable environment and all participants must agree to confidentiality. When you sign up, you are committing to attending all workshop dates associated with your class.
