The day that you get your team of 2 to 4 people together and have an awesome time for charity. Food and registration starts at 5:30pm. The food is complementary with your $15 per person hunt fee. The hunt is simple, your team will get a list of items to take pictures of, the pictures have different point values. The team that returns within the allotted time with the most accumulated points wins a cash prize. We will have music, food, snacks, water, raffles, 50/50, giveaways and a cash bar.
This event will raise money for two local organizations, Juniors Kids and Fair Haven Rape Crisis Center.
Juniors Kids was founded in the memory of a police officer and volunteer fireman, Eric “Junior” Forster. Eric loved giving back to his community and did so by mentoring and coaching local kids. Honoring Eric and his passions, Juniors Kids gives scholarships to local first responders families, so their children can enjoy extra-curricular activities such as swimming, sports, piano and any other activities. Juniors Kids goal is to help keep as many kids active and involved in their communities as possible.
Fair Haven's mission is to provide faith-focused services to those affected by sexual violence and trauma. Their advocates are professionally trained to support survivors of sexual assault crimes. They are the continuum of care for survivors, and they can help navigate the complex waters of the medical and judicial system. They are here to help!
