Yoga is an experience and not a subject of the intellect. It works on all aspects of a person: physical, vital, mental, emotional, financial, psychic and spiritual. Only when all these aspects are in a state of balance does a being experience liberation and harmony.
Learn to manage your stress, achieve a state of internal balance and exude glow and radiance with regular practice of Sanatan Kriya! Only when all the aspects are in a state of balance does a being experience liberation, perfect harmony.

- A yoga mat, or a large towel, for the back and spine asans
- A light blanket, in case it is needed during dhyan (meditation) when the body temperature can drop
- Wear loose comfortable clothing/socks
