Join us for La Villita’s SANA SUNDAY series with Goat Yoga (with real baby goats!) held in the serene, tree-shaded Plaza Juarez of beautiful La Villita Historic Arts Village
Held the 2nd Sunday of the month, September-May, when La Villita offers a healthy way to start your day with rotations of Goat Yoga and Taekwondo Self-Defense classes.
Bring yourself, your family, your friends for a free 45-minute Goat Yoga experience by Goat Shenanigans. The outdoor class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor, ending with 15 minutes of goat cuddle time. Mats not provided – please bring your own. All ages welcome. Class is held outdoors so please dress accordingly.
Returning this month are free health screenings from City of San Antonio Parks & Recreation MOBILE FIT UNIT onsite until 12noon!
