Imani Unfolded is Imani Collective’s immersive experience that brings the heartbeat of our work in Kenya to life right here in the United States.

What began as a dream to share our story in a tangible way quickly became an unforgettable evening of creativity, connection, and community. After launching this experience across different cities in the States for the very first time last year, we’re excited to bring Imani Unfolded back to the San Antonio area!

Through interactive exhibits, storytelling, and hands-on experiences, you’ll step into the world of Imani Collective as if you’re right alongside our artisans in Kenya. This year, we’re also introducing virtual reality stations, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in both the desolate region of Turkana and the vibrant coastal city of Mombasa.

Whether you're practicing weaving, exploring immersive exhibits, or connecting with others over refreshments, there’s something for everyone.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the world of Imani Collective!

Imani Unfolded Important Info:

• Open to the public
• All ages welcome
• FREE to attend
• Self-paced and come-and-go
• Open Sunday morning (8:30am - 2:30pm) and evening (5:00pm-8:00pm)
• Morning timeslot special programming from 12:00pm-12:30pm
• Evening timeslot special programming from 6:00pm-6:30pm

Please submit your FREE RSVP by April 10th to let us know if you will be in attendance.
