1. 11am ET on Thursday April 30th through 3pm on Sunday, May 3rd (3 nights/4 days) or
2. 11am ET on Friday, May 1st through 3pm on Sunday, May 3rd (2 nights/3 days)
Where: San Pedro Conference Center, 2400 Dike Road, Winter Park, FL 32792
What: 3 or 4 full days of cropping fun, prizes, goodie bags, and accommodations.
Note: No Commuter Options are available at this time.
Prices as follows:
Hotel Style Rooms: 2 Full Beds and private bathroom
Option 1: Thursday (check-in at 11am) through Sunday Option 2: Friday (check-in at 11am) through Sunday
• Single Occupancy - $560/pp
• Double Occupancy - $425/pp • Single Occupancy - $435/pp
• Double Occupancy - $350/pp
Pricing includes:
Hotel Accommodations:
• 2 Full Beds and private bathroom.
• Community Kitchen includes Full Refrigerator, Keurig, Microwave and seating lounge.
Meals: meals are served in buffet style. Fountain beverages are included.
• Thursday Arrival –Dinner served Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Breakfast is on Friday and Saturday.
• Friday Arrival: Dinner served Friday and Saturday. Breakfast on Saturday.
• Sunday we will have Donuts/Muffins
Cropping space: One person per 6-foot table. You may bring smaller tables available to set next to you.
Tool Table:
• Die cutting Machines – Stampin’ Up! Cut & Emboss (Full and Mini) and BigShot
Perks:
• Daily Gifts, Make & Takes, Bingo and other games for your chance to win some amazing prizes
Payment: $75.00 due at registration to reserve your guest room and seat. Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event. If not paid within 60 days of the event, you forfeit your guest room and seat at the retreat with no refund. **Changes in Number in Guest Room may impact and change in roommates’ fees. If cancellation, the remaining roommates fee will increase. On the flip side, if you add a person to your guest room, credits will be given for the rate difference.
