The first Cherry Festival was held in 1909. Many things have changed over the years but one thing that remains the same is the strong sense of community identity and pride the Cherry Festival brings to the San Leandro community!

Celebrate all things San Leandro with the annual Cherry Parade! Cheer on our community organizations as they make their way down E. 14th street in festive floats, classic cars, and creative costumes!

11 AM - 6 PM
Dance the day away at the Main Stage! Enjoy music from a diverse array of local artists ranging from Funk, R&B, and Latin rhythm. Check out the vendor market and find new favorites from local artists and creators. Explore the Cherry Market and sample delicious fresh cherries! Grab a bite to eat from a wide selection of local vendors, then head to the beer garden and enjoy a beverage from one of our local San Leandro breweries and sangria from the Chamber of Commerce
