Join us at the San Juan County Public Health Office for our 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat event on October 30th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.!
Families, bring your little ghosts and ghouls to the San Juan County Public Health Office (PHO) at 355 S. Miller in Farmington for some trunk-or-treating and to learn more about the health care services that we offer to the community.
Services offered at this location include
• Children’s Medical Services
• WIC
• Family Planning
• Immunizations
• Medications for opioid use disorder
• Harm Reduction
• Sexual health testing and treatment services
• Health Promotion
• Vital records (birth certificates) and more.
Don’t forget to bring your treat bags to collect candy and swag!
