Times: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
THE 15th ANNUAL SAN JACINTO TEXAS INDEPENDENCE FUN RUN will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Join us to "Run the Battlefield!" and experience the historic grounds where Texas won its independence.
Participants can choose from a 10K run, 5K run, 5K walk, or a 1K Kids Run. The certified course will be chip-timed for the 10K and 5K run events. The top three male and female finishers in each running category will be recognized after the race.
RACE START TIMES
10K: 7:30 a.m.
5K Run: 7:40 a.m.
5K Walk: 7:45 a.m.
1K Kids Run: 8:15 a.m.
Registration Fees from February 1 to Race Day are:
$35 - 10K
$30 - 5K Walk/Run
$25 - 1K Kids
VIRTUAL 5K / 10K (shipping costs included):
10K $40 / 5K $35 / 1K Kids $30 (before January 31, 2026)
10K $45 / 5K $40 / 1K Kids $35 (after February 1, 2026)
Can't make it to the event? No problem! Participants who choose this option will be able to pick up their run bib, shirt, and commemorative finisher medal during packet pick-up or have it shipped directly to you (you get to choose either option during registration)
If you require shipping, please note that standard shipping is included in your registration cost. We will ship it to your address during the week leading up to March 1.
