The Mobile Defense Program expands equitable access to justice by bringing mobile court services directly to communities throughout San Bernardino County.

Record-clearing expungement services

Mobile court services include:

• Bench warrant requests

• Modifying misdemeanor summary probation

• Re-enrollment in court-required classes

• Resolving outstanding fines

San Bernardino Superior Court Self-Help
Self-Help staff will provide guidance on:

• Family law
• Child support
• Guardianship
• Landlord-tenant matters
• Small claims procedures
