The Mobile Defense Program, a partnership between the San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office and the San Bernardino Superior Court, brings free legal assistance and County services directly to local communities.

Join us Wednesday, February 11 from 12:30 – 4:00 PM at the Joshua Tree Community Resource Fair for our next Mobile Defense Program event!

✅ Pre-registration is highly encouraged — walk-ins welcome as space allows.

San Bernardino County residents can access free court and legal support for San Bernardino County cases, including:

Record-Clearing Expungement Services

Mobile Court Services for San Bernardino County cases:

• Bench Warrant Requests
• Modifying Misdemeanor Summary Probation
• Re-enrollment in Court-Required Classes
• Resolving Outstanding Fines

⚡ Pre-registration is required for Mobile Court services.

• Superior Court Self-Help – Free assistance with navigating court processes, including family law, child custody, guardianship, landlord/tenant issues, and small claims.

Multiple San Berenarino County departments will be providing access to services and resources!

Local community partners will be on-site connecting residents to local resources and social service programs.
