Our Mobile Defense Program returns to the Chaffey College Chino Community Center on Wednesday, June 10, from 12:30 – 4:00 PM to provide free legal assistance.

The Mobile Defense Program expands equitable access to justice by bringing mobile court services directly to the community for San Bernardino County cases only.

What You Can Get Help With

Record-clearing expungement services

Mobile court services include:

• Bench warrant requests

• Modifying misdemeanor summary probation

• Re-enrollment in court-required classes

• Resolving outstanding fines

⚡ Legal assistance for San Bernardino County cases only

San Bernardino Superior Court Self-Help
Self-Help staff will provide guidance on:

• Family law
• Child support
• Guardianship
• Landlord-tenant matters
• Small claims procedures

Additional County Services Available

Multiple San Bernardino County departments and community partners will be on-site providing services and resources for the community, including health screenings and access to benefits.
