In Solidarity with the 2,300-Mile Monks’ Walk for PeaceWhile we may not be able to stand in Fort Worth for the conclusion of the Monks’ incredible 2,300-mile Walk for Peace, we can stand - and walk - together right here in San Angelo.
Join us as our community gathers in the simple, powerful spirit of peace.
This walk is not about religion.
It is not about politics.
It is about peace — for our community, our state, our nation, and our world.
The monks walked through extreme heat, torrential rain, and even a blizzard to carry their message across the country. In that same spirit of commitment, our walk will take place rain or shine.
