Come unwind In our delicious 2 hour workshop bringing you a nourishing Yin & Restorative Yoga practice with Oli paired with a deeply healing sound immersion of magical instruments with Luke. About the practitioners:
Luke: As a qualified sound healer, Luke’s approach ranges from modern scientific techniques to ancient shamanic practices. This allows for the emergence of a style that beautifully combines spirituality and science theory. It is his aim to help bring balance and harmony to what can sometimes seem to be an unbalanced world. Luke’s sessions are filled with various sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including Himalayan and Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, Earth tone gong, shamanic & ocean drum, Handpan, Yidaki and zaphir chimes.
Oli: Oli is a dedicated Yoga teacher, bringing yoga to all ages & capabilities and striving for everyone to have a regulated and nourished nervous system. She incorporates the practices of yin, restorative yoga and breath work to allow space for your body and mind to feel safe and held. She is trained in trauma awareness and is also a local doula so can support those wanting to attend in pregnancy or postpartum.
