As the colorful autumn leaves carpet the ground and the days grow shorter, we celebrate Samhain (pronounced Sow-ein), marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. Nature offers us guidance during this time of transition. The darker days and longer nights prompt animals to hibernate, trees to shed their leaves, and plants to retreat at the end of the growing season. This is a time for introspection, reflection, and deepening our connection with the cycles of nature.Samhain represents both the end and the beginning of the Celtic New Year, a powerful reminder of rebirth amidst death and darkness. As we let go of the old, we open ourselves to renewal and new beginnings.
To honor this sacred time, we warmly invite you to join us for a sweatlodge ceremony on the 2nd of November. This will be a special opportunity to reflect, cleanse, and reconnect with nature and ourselves as we enter the darker half of the year.
