About the Event

This ceremony is a great option for those looking for a more spiritual alternative to typical Halloween celebrations, or just another opportunity to connect to your higher self! We'll keep it fun with a little of the spooky vibes, but we'll be keeping it light! Oracle cards, yes--ouijii boards, no.

The ceremony will play on the classic themes of this holiday with a connection to the higher self (spirit), and consciousness beyond the ego (mortal). In essence, our inner wisdom! Release fearful blocks that inhibit authenticity, courgage, expansion, and expression.

This is an active practice, that balances meditation, Sound Medicine, and engaging dharma prompts for introspective alignment. We will maintain a relatable and accessible approach to this often daunting scope of subject, and stay relevant to everyone.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Beginners and newbies are welcome and encouraged--Sound Bath is a very gentle way to introduce yourself to mindfulness.

What to Bring

Please be cozy! Comfortable, loose, clothes that allow you to breath deeply and won't distract you are best. I encourage PJ's!

A journal and pen

The space offers standard yoga setup but you are welcome to bring any pillows, blankets, personal yoga mat, etc that will make you comfortable

Introverts Promise (wink)

You will never be put on the spot to share, speak, or have forced interaction with strangers. You can fully participate while keeping to yourself, if you choose. But of course, you are always welcome to engage and we will create opportunities to connect.
