Samhain Sound Bath

A special sound bath to mark the passing of Samhain (Halloween!).

Samhain is considered as a powerful turning point in the wheel of the year, signifying the cycle of life, death and rebirth as well as harvesting and gratitude.

Beginning and ending with relfective journalling, we will dive into the lessons of cycles we have experienced throughout the past year, practice gratitude and reflect on how you can use your discoveries to improve the year ahead.

This reflection sandwiches a deep meditative experience guided by sound bowls that will be played by Sophie. The binaural sounds from the sound bowls tune your brain waves to slow and relax, allowing the busy, monkey mind to switch off so that you can deeply relax and turn within to explore your deepest self.

All equipment is provided (mats, bolsters, blankets etc.). Please bring your own journal and pen (there will be spare paper and pen in case you don't have one/forget).

Let's celebrate Halloween a little differently this year, going back to it's true roots and support each other on our self-discovery journeys.

About Sophie:

Sophie is a qualified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, sound healer and reiki practitioner.

With over 1250 hours of trainings across Melbourne, Thailand and Bali she is deeply passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys and providing respite from the stress of everyday life. She provides deep, reflective classes and sessions, holding space for you to dive deep into yourself. She cares strong about connection, both to yourself and to others and so regularly hosts connection events as well. She is studying Psychology, with an interest in Psychoanalytics and Alternative Therapies.
