Come join us for a mystical morning in nature at Padworth, YMCA to connect with the energy of Samhain as we gather in the woods for a special experience. Embrace the magic of Autumn and this time of walking with our shadows with like-minded individuals as we celebrate the changing of the seasons.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world as we honour this ancient Celtic festival. This event is a wonderful opportunity to tap into the spiritual significance of Samhain and connect with the earth's energy.

We'll use the cabin in the woods for a rebalancing and rejeventating morning meditation and then enjoy a campfire outside (or light ceremony inside if it rains).

Frequently asked questions:

1. What happens if it is rainy and cold? The event will continue inside the warm woodland cabin, with a cosy meditation, and instead of a campfire, we'll hold a light ceremony inside to connect to your inner light as we recognise the shadows this time fo year brings forward.
2. Is there parking? Yes, there is a large outdoor car parking area
3. Is there disabled access? Yes, the car park is close to the cabin and campfire, with easy access - let us know if you require ease of access and we'll ensure we keep the disabled spaces close to the hall, free for you to use - email: [email protected]
4. Can I bring my child? While it isn't a children's event, curious and open-minded children are welcome with a responsible adult. Any children remain your responsibility at all times.
5. Can I bring my dog? No. Sorry but ONLY support dogs are permitted, as dogs are not allowed inside the cabin and the chance of a camp fire, makes the event dangerous for our canine friends.
