🌒 Samhain Gathering – Honouring the AncestorsSunday 26th October 2025 10:30am – 3:30pm
📍 Forest Harvest, in the Garden & Warm Polytunnel with Fire
Samhain is a sacred turning point in the Celtic calendar, a time of grand gatherings, feasting, and honouring the transition from the light half of the year into the dark. Many of today’s Halloween customs find their roots in this ancient festival of remembrance and renewal.
At this gathering, we will honour the wisdom of the divine hag, The Cailleach, and connect with Goddess Isis as we walk between the worlds to meet and celebrate our ancestors.
✨ The Day Will Include:
Sacred rituals of remembrance & connection
Ceremony with The Cailleach, Goddess Isis, and the Ancestors
Walking Between the Worlds: An Introduction to Card Divination Workshop with Kim
Creative arts & crafts with pumpkins, flowers, leaves, and seeds
An Ancestor Blessing with Moon Water for ancestral healing
Shared inspiration, poems, and offerings around the altar
🌿 What to Bring:
Your own lunch
A photo or token of loved ones for the Ancestors’ Ceremony
A small pumpkin to decorate (we will provide flowers, leaves, seeds, glue or honey)
A water bottle for the Ancestor Blessing with Moon Water
A poem, reading, or inspiration to share (optional)
Items for the community altar (optional)
Warm layers – the polytunnel is heated, but the garden may be cool
