At this Monthly Event we offer a drum journey and tune into this time of year as we transition from Fall into Winter

We will begin with a talk on the Medicine Wheel and Celtic Calendar and explore the energies of this time of year. We then move into a Drum Journey with a personal intention. After the journey we will share our experiences and ground them to set ourselves in alignmment for the coming month
