Samhain Ancestor Celebration with The Fellowship of Avalon

Join The Fellowship of Avalon – ATC on Sunday, November 1 for our Samhain Ancestor Celebration at Pavilion #3 in Meeman - Shelby Forest State Park.

📍 Location: Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park, Pavilion/Shelter #3

🕐 Time:

- 1:00 PM – Fellowship time (bring your own lunch or snack)

- 3:00 PM – Ritual begins (please arrive before 3:00 PM to participate)

🌿 What to Bring:

- Bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, and anything else for comfort outdoors

- Camp chairs or a blanket for seating outside of the pavilion. The covered pavilion has multiple picnic tables.

- A chalice or drinking cup for the "cakes and ale" portion of the ritual

- A photo or memento to place on the ancestor altar. You will take this item back home with you at the end of the ritual.

- Samhain is a wonderful season for divination, so you’re welcome to bring your tarot cards, runes, or any tools you’d like to use for personal readings or to read for others.

💰 Suggested Donation: $5 for non-members (no one will be turned away). Also ask us how to become a member!

🔞 Who Can Attend: Open to anyone 14 and older; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

🚫 Park Guidelines: No alcohol or weapons permitted
