SAME KITTYHAWK POST25TH ANNUAL INDUSTRY DAY AND SMALL BUSINESS WORKSHOP April 16, 2026, 8AM-5:30PM

Our regular monthly luncheon will be held in conjunction with Industry Day.

7:00 AM: Vendor Setup Begins

7:30 am – Registration opens; Continental Breakfast

8:00 am Opening remarks –

8:30 am – 11:30 am - Two Tracks for sessions

12:00 pm – SAME Kittyhawk Post Members Meeting -

1:15 pm – 4:15 pm - Two Tracks for sessions

4:30 – 5:30 pm Networking Social (Includes Complimentary Hors d'oeuvres and one drink ticket with full day registration)

TITANIUM SPONSOR: Only 1 available are available at $800 each. Costs include everything included in the Gold Sponsorship, plus a 5 minute speaking slotat the Luncheon Meeting and Capability Brochure Page Feature.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: Only 4 available are available at $500 each. Costs include everything included in the Gold Sponsorship, plus a 5 minute speaking slot and Capability Brochure Page Feature.

GOLD SPONSOR: Only 12 available are available at $300 each. Networking Room with Vendor Display Tables: A break-out room will include space for meeting with and viewing displays of potential partners and/or suppliers. Gold Sponsor includes one full day registration, as well as everything included for Silver Sponsor.

SILVER SPONSOR: for $125 - Vendor logos will be featured at registration, during luncheon, electronically at breaks, and at post-event networking.

Vendor Logos for purchased sponsorships must be Emailed to Norm Campbell (contact information below) and received by 6 April 2026 to be included in the digital display

Registration includes a light continental breakfast, lunch, entrance to all sessions, access to the networking/vendor display area, and the networking social to include hors d'oeuvres and one drink ticket.

There is no need to print tickets. Check-in begins at 7:30 AM for registrants. Check-in for those registered to attend lunch only begins at 11:30AM.
