SAMBA & Sake: A Month-Long Celebration of Sake

In celebration of World Sake Day, SAMBA & Sake brings together four expressions of sake with SUSHISAMBA signatures spanning its Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences. Available throughout October, the $188++ pairing menu features dishes including Lobster Taquitos, SAMBA Nigiri Sushi, Chilean Sea Bass Anticuchos and Australian Angus Tenderloin, alongside pours including the restaurant’s own Ryuto x SUSHISAMBA Junmai Daiginjo.

At the bar, guests can also discover two sake cocktails made with Kay Sake: Kay Minto, with Lillet Blanc and Menthe de Pastille, and Kayori, with Grey Goose, lavender, lemon and soda. Both are available throughout October at $18 during Sunset Hour from 6PM to 7PM, and $24 thereafter.
