We will start with a yoga class at 11am followed by a demo at 12, a demo at 1pm and mini private sessions starting at 1pm to 3pm for Ayurveda Consultation, Thai Yoga & Pranic Energy Healing. More information to follow on the demos as we get closer to the date. Light refreshments.
