Your Facilitators:

• The Zen Samurai - World-renowned Master Samurai from Fukuoka, Japan, he hails from a distinguished lineage of 16 generations of Samurai and Ninja, descendants of an elite team established by the legendary Hattori Hanzo. Sensei Takai developed “The Zen Samurai Way,” a unique method of mindfulness. This innovative approach, which he describes as “Moving Meditation,” is designed to foster life leadership skills. The practice originated at the Samurai Ninja Dojo in Tokyo, where Sensei Takai has instructed over 2,000 students.
