Designed to rejuvenate both inner and outer worlds, each session offers a mix of mindful movement, quiet reflection, hands-on creativity, and holistic care.Participate in gentle Qigong to awaken your energy, enjoy replenishing moments with acupuncture, or settle into the calm of silent reading in a peaceful shared space. Explore your artistic side with natural dye and art-making workshops that nourish connections to yourself and the natural world.
