What started as a Salzwedel Family Reunion, grew to a Birthday Celebration for my dad, me, and other family…
Well I started thinking. I spent all last spring and summer in the hospital and missed out on some fun. So, the event has grown to invite not just family but friends as well!
Come on out to Pioneer Memorial Park in Westfield and enjoy a Day of Celebration!
I hired a very talented musician to play there. Some of you may know him, Jage Nichols. He plays all over southern Wisconsin. Here's one of his own:
It's a bring a dish to pass if you choose to eat, and a Bring Your Own Beverage if you wish to drink.
Amenities at the Park include Cornhole Pits, Horseshoe Pits, a Splash Pad, Basketball Courts, and Hiking Trails. Unfortunately no dogs allowed.
We are at the Chuckwagon Shelter:
* Kitchen accessibility (fridge, stove & sink)
* Electricity
* Indoor Restrooms
* Picnic Tables
* Drinking Fountain
* Handicap accessible
I would love to see a great turnout for fun and socialization.
