Come check out a Free-Range chicken operation! Salvatierra Farms welcomes you for a farm tour of our integrated poultry farm system. After the tour, we will plant some trees and engage in woods clean up which will involve buckthorn pulling and gathering branches and logs into piles. Wear work clothes and bring a water bottle.

Salvatierra Farms is the main training, demonstration and research and development farm for the Poultry Centered Regenerative Agroforestry system. The farm is part of the Tree-Range chicken brand available in markets across the state. During the tour, you will see the brooder where chicks are received, grow out units where chickens free range, a solar kiln and an in-progress maple sugar shack.
