Salud's "Juntas" Women's Healing Social: Join us for our first Juntas event of 2026 during women’s history month. We'll be creating space for shared community & talking topics rooted in womenhood. Led by 25+ Latina & BIPOC health professionals & advocates in Chicago. All women are welcomed. Womanhood isn’t a single identity, rather a collection of experiences that, together, make us who we are. Juntas: translation “together” (feminine).

Arrival & Schedule – Doors open at 9:30 AM with the event beginning at 10 AM.

9:30 AM: Doors open, Check in, coat check, cash bar (NA, mocktails, free water), flower bar, instant photos, & more.
10:00 AM: Welcome & Salud’s Juntas introductions
10:15 AM: Grounding intention, facilitated talk groups, “letters to another mujer”
11:45 AM: Closing statements & thank you’s

No On-Site Registration There will be no on-site registrations and attendees must have an Eventbrite ticket to be scanned in for capacity purposes.

About Salud Salud is a Latine family-founded nonprofit created by and for the community. We are an organization led by health professionals, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and providers with backgrounds similar to those of the communities we serve. Salud was started to help normalize conversations about mental health. We believe that if we want to discuss topics like mental health, there should be spaces that offer a safe, trusted, appropriate & professionally led approach to help do so in our communities. Salud applies research & evidence-based approaches to intentionally facilitate these conversations and create space for the communities we serve. Salud acknowledges that these formalized conversations can take place in different settings, from large universities to intimate spaces within our communities.
