Reiki practitioners use gentle hand movements and loving intention to guide the flow of healthy life force energy through the body. This movement of energy encourages stress reduction, emotional release, and deepened relaxation. Paired with the healing powers of dry salt therapy, all you have to do is inhale, exhale, relax, and receive. Includes a warm eye mask. 1pm and 2:30pm session. $40 person.
