Reiki
You'll receive "reiki" in the middle of the session. Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being. It is a gentle, non-invasive technique where energy is directed to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, helping to reduce stress, release blockages, and restore harmony. Many experience a deep sense of peace, warmth, and relaxation during a session.
Meditative Drumming
You'll receive a “drum bath” at the start and end the session which creates a steady, rhythmic beat that naturally guides the mind into a meditative state. The repetitive sound helps quiet mental chatter and reduces mind wandering, allowing participants to remain present in the moment. This rhythm can synchronize with brainwave activity, encouraging a shift into deeper states of relaxation and focus. When combined with reiki, drumming enhances the meditative qualities of the session by:
