Join us for a paranormal investigation at Saltair known as “The Lady of the Lake”. Saltair is currently in its third rendition and the original dates back from as early as 1893 and was known as the Coney Island of the West. It was a popular spot for adventure and fun for thousands of people. It was one of the first amusement parks in America. There are legends that say the building is cursed as it has been plagued with problems of floods, fires, and total destruction. The second rebuild of Saltair was used in the film Carnival of Souls in 1962 and later burned to the ground in 1970. Due to all of the problems with fires, flooding, and other mishaps the currently rebuilt Saltair was moved west from the original location in hopes that it would not meet the fate of the last two buildings. Instead of burning to the ground the building was flooded in 1983 and the curse seemed to continue. There are many reports that the current Saltair is the home to countless spirits and is a hotspot for EVP’s. Come join us and find out what truly lurks there and see if we can discover why the building is cursed.
