“Perspectives of Women in Print” – Curated by Holly Rios and Carlissa Whells | Printmaking, like womanhood, is process-oriented—a series of steps and rules to be carefully followed toward a successful result. But what happens when a group of women choose to break those rules? This exhibition brings together Utah-based women printmakers who challenge expectations, exploring how process, perception, and identity intersect through the art of print. Featuring artists: Isabella Aycock, Erin DiGiovanni, Stefanie Dykes, Anna Hansen, Holland Larsen, Kait Lennon, Holly Rios, Lauren Stratton, and Carlissa Whells.
“Peripheral Dependencies” – Dan Evans | Amid constant sensory and conceptual stimuli, Evans turns to visual abstraction as a mode of focus. Through photomontage, he crops and erases familiar subjects, redirecting attention to the edges—those incidental spaces that once framed meaning. These subordinate forms collide and assert their own identities, revealing unexpected visual languages that speak on their own terms.
