Welcome to the SALT Community Hike The Notch event! Join us for a fun-filled day of outdoor adventure at the Barnes Camp Visitor Center. Lace up your hiking boots and get ready to explore the beautiful trails of The Notch with fellow nature enthusiasts. At 9:30a Jenna will lead us on a community hike, and Meg will lead a short Breathwork Session at the summit. After we hike, we recommend signing-up for Flow + Recover at 1:30pm.This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, enjoy the fresh air, and soak in the stunning scenery.
