Join Polly Garrett for a Meditative Sound Experience in the beauty of Black Hills Salt Cave and Spa.
A sound bath is a holistic auditory experience that resonates through the entire body. Harmonious sounds and vibrations from the Dark Star gong, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and other sound-healing instruments help induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of balance and well-being in both body and mind.
After a brief grounding and breath exercise, you’ll recline in comfort and ease into a tranquil mental state, fully immersing yourself in the meditative sounds within the serene ambiance of the Salt Cave.
