Join Tara Briggs for an evening of soothing poses to help create space in your body and mind in a gorgeous Himalayan Salt Cave.We will melt into restorative poses focusing on calming the nervous system. This class is wonderful for anyone beginning their yoga journey, recovering from illness or injury, as well as for the experienced yoga student. All poses are floor bases. Reiki assists will offer an added dimension of relaxation. This class will offer hands on assists and Reiki utilizing essential oils for added relaxation. Reiki, oils and hands on assists are always optional.
Class Size is 6 guests. Tickets for this class are non-refundable but are transferable to another guest for the same class.
