About this Event
โจJoin Michelle Lindsay for a transformative sound bath on the NEW moon in Taurus๐ at the Himalayan salt cave, where the energy of the moon and the grounding power of Taurus will guide you to a deeper sense of peace and renewal.
The new moon is all about new beginnings, setting intentions, and planting seeds for what you wish to create. Taurus, with its earthy, steady energy, invites you to slow down, ground yourself, and connect deeply with your body and the earth.๐ฟ
This combination creates the ideal environment for reflection, emotional release,
and rejuvenation.๐๏ธ
As you settle into the salt cave, youโll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound. The sound bath will wash over you, using crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and chimes to align your energy, clear any blockages, and help you deeply relax.๐
๐ The vibrations from these instruments not only calm the nervous system but also promote physical and emotional healing, making this experience truly transformative.๐
Breathing in the air from a Himalayan salt cave offers numerous benefits due to the saltโs ability to purify the air, reduce allergens, and support respiratory health.
The salt naturally ionizes the air, clearing pollutants and toxins while promoting easier breathing, especially for conditions like asthma, allergies, and sinus infections.
It also has anti-inflammatory properties that can benefit the skin, helping with conditions like eczema and acne.
The negative ions in the salt enhance mood, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, while supporting immune function and aiding in detoxification. Additionally, it helps improve sleep quality by promoting calm and improving respiratory function.
The space has been carefully designed for your comfort, with 8 zero-gravity chairs that allow you to fully relax into a weightless state, enhancing the sound bath experience.
The Zero gravity chairs are first come first serve. Please bring a yoga matt incase all chairs are taken and or you prefer to lay on the ground.โจ
Let the full moon in Taurus illuminate your path as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the sound bath, surrounded by the nurturing energy of the salt cave and the peaceful glow of candlelight.๐ซ
