Heart-Centered Salt Brunch SundaysA donation-based, sober community gathering to nourish, connect, and reset.
Join us on the last Sunday of each month for Salt Brunch Sundays, a space to feed your body, uplift your spirit, and be in community. We begin with a social nutrition brunch hour, where everyone is invited to gather, share food, and connect in a safe, supportive space.
After brunch, choose your path of meditation:
✨ Create meaningful offerings in a bracelet-beading meditation for our Sangha
✨ Or settle into deep stillness with Halotherapy (salt room) meditation
This gathering is rooted in Recovery Dharma, and is open to anyone on the path of recovery, from any background, and any form of addiction. Whether you're in long-term recovery, just beginning your journey, or simply seeking conscious community, you are welcome here.
✨ You're invited to bring a nourishing dish to share with the circle, if you feel called
✨ Donations to support the Sangha are deeply appreciated—your offerings help us continue creating heart-centered spaces for healing and recovery
✨ Most of all, come as you are and receive this space as a gift of connection and care
