Salt &Sound Meditation with Nick

Come join Nick Sotomayor a meditation teacher, certified singing bowl acoustic tune practitioner and certified sound practitioner presents an energetic power driven by creativeness + meditative sonic sound+ vibration frequency experience for grounding at Cattleya Trianae Spa.

Get ready for a total body immersion inside the therapeutic Himalayan salt cave room where you will receive a combination of meditation, breathwork and a listening experience using live instruments, all with the purpose of creating a space for healing.

No experience needed to attend, join in and get grounded with an open mind.

Before the session Nick will guide participants through a meditative breath work along with chromotherapy (color therapy), while breathing in the micron-sized salt particles as it disperses it throughout the salt cave air enhancing your therapeutic experience.

Please bring your own yoga mat with a blanket to arrive a few minutes early to get settled into the space. Wear comfortable clothing and layers as the salt cave can be chilly and come already hydrated before the session. You may bring any personal pillows or additional padding to enhance your comfort for this experience.
