🎈 The Game Plan
9:00 AM – Community Workout
Kick off the morning with an energizing, all-levels workout. Don’t worry about your fitness "status"—we scale everything so that everyone from beginners to pros can participate safely and have a blast.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – The After-Party
Once the hard work is done, it’s time to play! Stick around for:
• 🍧 Free Shaved Ice: Cool down with a sweet, icy treat.
• 🏰 Bounce House: Let the kids (and the young at heart) burn off that extra energy.
• 🎨 Face Painting & Tattoos: Get transformed with colorful designs or cool temporary ink.
• 🏆 Games: Join in on some friendly competition and backyard-style fun.
🥤 What to Bring
• Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
