*** Salt & Sound is on THURSDAYS - for the month of January! Returning to Wednesdays in February. ***A sound bath immersion is a full-body, listening experience that uses sound frequencies to gently yet powerfully restore and nurture the body and mind. This sound bath will include chakra-balancing crystal singing sound bowls, and other sound healing modalities.
Allow your brain waves to shift to a relaxed, or even dream-like state, as they synchronize to the sound waves created by the bowls. Positively affecting the body at a cellular level, allowing for realignment of out of harmony frequencies and inviting deep rest and relaxation.
Halotherapy (salt therapy) has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve respiratory and skin health, increase immunity, and reduce stress and anxiety.
The synergistic benefits of Salt & Sound allow for a deeply meditative experience, leaving you calmer, less stressed and rejuvenated.

*The first 6 participants to schedule will be seated in anti-gravity chairs. The final 2 to book will need to bring yoga mats and whatever else will make you comfortable on the floor
*A fresh pair of white socks is required in the salt cave and are available for purchase
*Water is not allowed in the salt cave
