In this second chapter of Harmonic Alignment we dive deep into the medicinal benefits of sea/ocean therapy as well as exploring the wonders of salt.
Included are the stories- poetry- music and working with nature as our backdrop symphony in the beautiful Yallingup at the studio Kundalini Yoga South West.

We work with the orchestra of nature at its finest surrounded by vast seas and wild landscapes adding that taste of uniqueness within our gathering.
This is to assist in calming our minds and releasing the burdens of the carries within our hearts coming back to equilibrium.
