Salt & Sound: Sound journey & guided meditation in the Salt CaveEnter the Salt Cave and be enveloped the deeply relaxing experience of Salt & Sound. Gift yourself a moment to be guided through a sound journey & chakra aligning meditation, all while enjoying the benefits of salt therapy.
This sound journey includes crystal singing bowls and other sound healing modalities. The sound frequencies activate the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for our rest and digest functions). Thereby, restoring and nurturing the body, mind and spirit.
Salt Therapy (halotherapy) has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve respiratory and skin health, increase immunity, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Emerge from this highly meditative experience de-stressed, grounded and rejuvenated.

*White socks are required in the salt cave and are available for purchase
*Water is not allowed in the salt cave
*Lockers available for use
*Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow or whatever else will make you comfortable
