On Thursday Mornings, Susan Perfetto provides one-on-one Integrated reflexology treatments in the Himalayan Salt Cave. Susan will work through your feet to help heal and relax the entire body.Sessions will be 45 Minutes long, including a guided meditation & Salt Therapy session.
Cost: $100
Registration will be required. No Walk ins.

How does Reflexology work? Flows of Energy should rush freely through every bodily atom and cell between the extremities to energize the body. However, tension or stress causes the muscles to contract and constrict these energy flows thereby preventing the body from functioning normally and effectively. The most predominant cause of emotional and physical issues are stress. It is believed that stress imposes out of the ordinary demands on our minds and bodies making them more susceptible to illness, disease, and malfunctioning.
Applying light pressure on the reflex points situated on the feet, it is possible to totally relax the body releasing the energy flows which will then encourage the body to naturally heal itself.
“ Energy tends to flow from the tip of the great toe to the central tip of the head and from the tip of the little toe along the outer edge of the body to the outer tip of the head, it is possible to locate the exact position of bodily organ reflexes within the feet”
