*** PLEASE NOTE: DECEMBER 26th Class will not be hosted, Saltitude will be CLOSED** We will see you in January!!Join Lori Maher of State of Grace Yoga for a new Monthly Yoga offering. This class will take place on the Last Friday of each Month at 12pm.
What to Expect. Gentle Movements & stretching that bring you into your body and assist you in practicing presence on and off the mat. Each class will have a different theme/purpose, and you will learn how your energy flows in your body as well as how to manage and move your energy and nervous system. This class will have a combination of slow movement, grounding, breathwork, acupressure therapy techniques, and Chinese Medicine principles. Class will end in a peaceful state, with reiki or guided meditation.
