Enjoy the benefits of Yoga infused with Salt Therapy! A change of scenery for your partner yoga practice with well-being similar to a day at the beach!

Salt contains balancing magnetic frequencies and negative ions and salt therapy is used to promote relaxation detoxify the body and improve respiratory issues and allergies. Breathing in salt microparticles during practice for respiratory hygiene a detoxifying experience overall relaxation & a rebalancing of the senses.

Paired with this fun interactive class you will naturally become closer after practicing partner poses together. You will learn to try new things and trust others with your physical body and your heart.

It's ideal for people of all ages all levels and all partners! Come with your friend sister mother or significant other. Playfulness fun and laughter are welcomed.
